Theory of Organic Food

IN SEARCH OF ORGANIC FOOD.......

Organic food is real or an illusion
Nearly two decades ago we used to get fresh vegetables and fruits which was having minimum influence of pesticides and other harmful chemicals, Nowadays all the vegetables most sprayed with pesticides included eggplants, bottle guards, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, capsicums, potatoes, spinach etc.
Potatoes which are available in the supermarket are doused with astonishing 30 active chemical ingredients compared to the 4 decades ago when it was treated with nearly 5.
A regular intake of fresh fruits is extremely healthy for the body. Fruits contain all the necessary vitamins and minerals which also fulfils the body’s need. But how safe and healthy are these fruits and vegetables?
We think that eating well gives our body the essential nutrients that it requires when we consume fresh fruits and vegetables. This might come as a surprise to some of the people but most of the foods contain highly contaminated pesticides residue on them, many people today put pesticides in foods. The best way to eliminate the pesticide from the fruits is the usage of vinegar; Vinegar helps to remove 98 percent of the pesticides residue and the insecticides from the fruit.
Pesticides are used to protect the crops from insects, germs and rodents when the plants are growing up. Residual amount of these chemicals are present on the food when it gets to the grocery store. The pesticide residue cannot easily be removed with plain water. When you consume a fruit, the pesticide residue goes into the body as they get stuck and can make you sick.
Pesticides are chemical substances used to kill pests that might damage the crops and fruits. It is used in abundance by farmers, especially in remote areas. The developments in the agricultural sector have evidently shown an increase in the use of pesticides during the cultivation of crops.

Reasons of this illusion
Rising populations of India is one of the main reason who forces these kind of treatments, where it is very difficult to meet the basic demand of fruits and vegetables.
Demands are more than the supply. We all know that to grow the fruits, vegetables and crops we have to invest our sufficient time but in this case where the demand is more the producer themselves taking this opportunity to increase the supply by adding the chemicals and pesticide’s in the food
Short time more profit – Yes, this statement is much suitable here because to gain more profit and cut down the short supply, producers are obligate to take this step.
Expectations of the consumer- We often says , that state is having best quality of that particular food product and we start comparing and searching that product in our current city market and this gives a valid reason to the supplier to serve you the demanded product and eventually we get. But what is the parameter’s to judge those products and are we really aware about them?

LEAVING YOU HERE TO THINK ABOUT THE FUTURE OF FOOD………………………………………

Most would agree that working with pastas is simpler than working with cheddar. Thusly it is important to find out about the generally utilized cheeses in Italian food.
